Before you book — please read:
RV age. Units over 10 years old are evaluated case by case. I may decline work on older or poorly maintained units.
Estimates, not quotes. All work is done under an estimating process. An estimate is not a fixed price. If the scope changes once I'm on site and into the job, the price changes. I do not provide quotes. Estimates include a not-to-exceed ceiling — work stops at that ceiling until you approve additional cost in writing.
Waste systems. I do not work on grey or black tanks, or related plumbing, if the tanks are full. Tanks must be emptied and flushed before I arrive. All waste system inquiries are evaluated case by case, and I do not take on waste system work during June, July, or August.
Services I am unable to provide. I do not perform annual Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVIs), and I do not perform motorized chassis repairs (engine, transmission, drivetrain, brakes, or steering). These require a licensed automotive facility.
