MOBILE RV SERVICE CALL AND LABOUR RATES
We Come to You!
Hourly Work Rate:
All work is billed at $90/hour, with a 1-hour minimum, and in 15-minute increments thereafter.
If work is completed in less than one hour, any remaining time may be used to address additional repairs or to answer questions about your RV systems.
Service Area:
We serve all points in the Province of Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada.
At this time we only serve locations on PEI.
Service Call Fee:
A non-refundable $100 service call fee is required to book an appointment.
This fee:

Secures your place in the schedule

Covers administrative time (research, parts sourcing, job setup)

Includes travel within 20 km of our base location

Includes initial onsite time for basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
If additional time is required for diagnosis or repair, it will be billed at the hourly labour rate. You will always be advised before additional charges are incurred.
The service call fee, trip fee (if applicable), and fuel surcharge (if applicable) are payable prior to confirming your booking.
A service call does not guarantee that a repair will be completed or that the issue will be fully resolved.
Trip Fee:
For locations beyond 20 km, travel time is billed at $90/hour, in 15-minute increments.
Travel distance and time are calculated using Google Maps, based on a starting point of:
5505 Route 19, Rice Point, PEI
Trip fees apply to all service calls beyond 20 km, regardless of whether we are already in the area.
Fuel Surcharge:
Due to significant increases in fuel costs, a fuel surcharge applies when fuel prices exceed $1.80/L.

The surcharge is based on current fuel prices AND total travel distance outside the base 20 km service area

The applicable surcharge will be clearly communicated in the estimate for the work and/or at the time of booking
Please note that given the current volatility in motor fuel prices, the fuel surcharge will be assessed monthly (based on average fuel prices) and adjusted as necessary.
Appointment Windows:
To provide efficient service, appointments are scheduled within 2–4 hour arrival windows.
We typically schedule multiple service calls per day. Some jobs may run longer or shorter than expected, and appointment windows allow flexibility to keep service running smoothly.
Cancellations:
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made by phone or email at least one full working day in advance.
Scheduling & Delays:
We value your time and strive to stay on schedule.
If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.
